PHANTOMATIC X6

7700mm CNC machining centre, with 4 controlled axis.

Designed for machining bars of aluminium, PVC, light alloys in general or steel up to 2mm. It is equipped with an 8-place tool magazine which moves onboard with the spindle with the possibility of hosting 2 angular units and one milling disc. It can perform machining on the 5 sides of the piece working bars up to 7.7m long. The 4th CN axis allows the electro spindle to continuously rotate from 0° to 180° to perform the work on the profile contour.

The PHANTOMATIC X6 and PHANTOMATIC X6 HP models allow machining in pendular mode, with two independent machining areas.

The PHANTOMATIC X6 HP version has 2 supplementary axis to position the clamps, and the reference stops. This allows the machine to operate in dynamic pendular mode, carrying out clamps positioning while the machine is working creating little to no downtime for the spindle.
