UP-TRONIK

UP-TRONIK is a convection system with high effectiveness, above and below the level of the rollers, based on the introduction of pre-heated air 700° C, which allows the tempering of latest generation glasses, up to an emissivity of e=0.01. The air distribution system consists of a network of blowing holed pipes in stainless steel, located above and below the rollers, divided in areas longitudinally, to achieve the desired convective profile. The percentage of air is controlled from a dedicated supervision according to the recipes to temper the various types of glass. The new structure of the heating system is an irradiation and convection integrated system, where convection can be enabled or not, depending on the type of glass being processed.
