UP-900

UP-900 is a pre-heating convective chamber, equipped with a unique system of Keraglass, to be placed between the loading conveyor and the heating chamber. It allows to pre-heat the glass at 400/500° C, before entering the main heating chamber. It uses a forced convection system, circulating hot air, in closed circuit, to assure low energy consumption and best performances. This solution is suitable for all types of low-e glass of new generation as well as for thick glasses, to avoid unexpected breakages in the heating chamber. It is designed to guarantee a better optical quality of the glass and also allows tempering any type of glass. It has the advantage of reducing the heating cycle from 40sec/min to 30 sec/mm, with production output increase of 25%
