COMBI

Combi” kiln for laminating glass can be equipped with one laminating chamber (2/1 version) or divided in two independent chambers (4/2 version), each fitted with a maximum of two laminating trolleys. The maximum useful height of a chamber is 1.100 cm (433 inches) to allow the lamination of flat and curved glass.

The main features of “combi” series of machines are:
> Automatic heating system that is implemented by armoured tubular resistances, controlled by SCR with low energy consumption
> Internal ventilation system that allows the distribution and standardisation of temperature, which improves the heating cycle
> Automatic cooling system with forced ventilation which allows the reduction of the working cycle time.

This system also permits the uniform cooling of the glass being processed, thus guaranteeing the result. These systems also allow the drying and then laminating of special products such as Glass-Marble and Glass-Ceramic. “Combi” is controlled by a latest generation touch screen monitor with automatic cycle control, storage of production data and recipes, and preventive maintenance of the system.
